Initial Business Inquiry

Our Process

At NACOIL INTERNATIONAL, INC., we follow a transparent and secure procedure designed to ensure smooth execution, full compliance, and maximum confidence for our clients in every petroleum and commodities transaction.

1. Buyer Inquiry & Initial Engagement

The buyer submits an official Inquiry or Letter of Intent (LOI) specifying product, volume, destination port, and preferred delivery terms.

2. Official Offer Issuance

3. Buyer Acceptance

The buyer reviews and returns the signed and stamped FCO/SCO, confirming acceptance of terms.

4. Irrevocable Purchase Order & Proof of Funds

The buyer issues an Irrevocable Corporate Purchase Order (ICPO) along with a Bank Comfort Letter (BCL) or Ready, Willing, and Able (RWA) document from a Top 50 world bank.

5. Draft Contract & Finalization

NACOIL issues the Draft Sales and Purchase Agreement (SPA). Both parties review, negotiate minor details if needed, and sign the final electronic or hard-copy contract.

6. Payment Instrument Issuance

Within the agreed timeframe, the buyer’s bank issues an operative, transferable, or non-transferable Documentary Letter of Credit (DLC/MT700) or Standby Letter of Credit (SBLC/MT760) in favor of NACOIL’s designated bank account.

7. Performance Guarantee (Optional/Reciprocal)

Upon confirmation of the buyer’s payment instrument, NACOIL will issue agreed Performance Bond (if required under the SPA).

8. Product Loading & Shipment

NACOIL activates the refinery allocation, commences loading, and provides the buyer with full Proof of Product (POP) documents, including: - Fresh SGS/CIQ or equivalent inspection report and other required documents.

9. Vessel Sailing & Delivery

The loaded vessel sails to the designated discharge port. Full shipping documents and title are released to the buyer per SPA agreed terms.

10. Payment Release & Discharge

Upon vessel arrival and successful discharge (or as per agreed milestones), the buyer’s bank releases full payment via MT103 or as stipulated in the payment instrument. NACOIL transfers title and all remaining documents.

11. Transaction Closure

Both parties confirm successful completion. For spot transactions, the process ends; for contract (multi-shipment) deals, the cycle repeats as per agreed terms.
